Tracy Michelle Gillette
Tracy Gillette was born on November 29, 1971 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to Vincent Gallaghar and Lillian Deshais. She grew up in Somerville, MA until 1983 when the family moved to Newburyport, MA. Tracy graduated from Whittier Vo-Tech High School in Haverhill, MA. She then attended Massachusetts School of Cosmetology in Haverhill, MS. Tracy work as a hairdresser while living in Berwick, ME. In 2002 she and Troy Gillette were married at Nubble Light House in York Beach, ME. They remained in Berwick until 2007 when they moved to Lake Wilson, MN. While in Lake Wilson Tracy worked at Easy Street and was currently working in home health care based in Marshall, MN. Tracy passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her home in Lake Wilson, MN at the age of 40. She was raised of the Catholic faith. Tracy enjoyed the beach and being in the sun, cats and music especially Motley Crue and Elvis.
Survivors include her husband, Troy Gillette of Lake Wilson, MN, three children, Klarisa, Klaudia, and Troy Jr. all at home, her father, Vincent Gallaghar of Gay, WV, her mother, Lillian D’Entremont of Port Charlotte, FL, three sibling, Rick Sousa and his wife, Sherry of Berwick, ME, Deb Leary and her husband, Jim of Berwick, ME, and Mark Sousa and his wife, Raylane of Amesbury, MA, father and mother-in-law, Mike and Sharon Gillette of Slayton, MN, six brothers and sisters-in law and their spouses, Todd and Sue Gillette of Waterville, MN, Dan and Meghan Gillette of Carver, MN, Mike and Jessica Gillette of Elko, MN, Greg and Jodi Gillette of Hadley, MN, Tami and Mark Thompson of Slayton, MN, and Kari Lindberg and Tony Koehn of St. Olaf, IA, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Robert D’Entremont, and grandparents.
Memorial Services
St. Ann’s Church in Slayton, MN on Monday, July 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. James Seitz officiating with music by Group Therapy. The honorary pallbearers are Rick Sousa, Mark Sousa, Todd Gillette, Mike Gillette, Greg Gillette, and Dan Gillette. Interment is at St. Ann’s Cemetery, Slayton, MN.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 16, 2012 at St. Ann’s Church in Slayton from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
