Dalton Scott Keeler

Dalton Keeler was born on October 13, 1996, in Pipestone, Minnesota to Jeffery and Darla Berglund Keeler.  He grew up in Lake Wilson, MN and graduated from Murray County Central in 2015.  While in high school Dalton participated in drama, football, track, and wrestling.  In 2016 he started working for Archway Brick and Tile Company.  He and Ellysa Sour made their home in Slayton. Dalton loved being a father and spending time with his four children.  Dalton passed away unexpected on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in Melrose, MN at the age of 24.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, disc golf, being outdoors and a good Baltimore Raven game.

Survivors include his partner, Ellysa Sour, his four children, Braylee, Alphonse, Braxtynn and Remmington, his mother, Darla Keeler, one brother, Brice Berglund, and maternal grandfather, LeeRoy Berglund all of Slayton, MN and several aunts and uncles and their families.  He is preceded in death by his father, Jeffery Keeler, and maternal grandmother, Sandra Berglund.

A graveside service will be at Calvary Cemetery in Currie, MN on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. with a time of fellowship to follow at the Plaid Moose in Slayton starting at 2:00 p.m.  Totzke Funeral Home of Slayton is entrusted with arrangements.
