Lacy Ann-Marie Tentler Lenz
Lacy Lenz was born on February 18, 1985, in Worthington, Minnesota to Keith Tentler II and Karla Matthiesen. She received the sacrament at St. Adrian Church in Adrian, MN. She grew up in Adrian until 1989 when Karla and Lacy moved to Lismore, and she was adopted by Tim Lenz. In 2001 she returned to Adrian for a short time attending Adrian High School. Lacy graduated from Willmar High School in 2003. She made her home in Duluth, MN and later Cloquet, MN. Lacy passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, February 14, 2022, at the age of 36. Lacy enjoyed reading, cooking, and coloring.
She is survived by her parents, Karla Lenz of Adrian, MN, Tim Lenz of Lismore, MN, and Keith Tentler of Worthington, MN, one brother, Levi Lenz and his wife, Brittany of Adrian, MN, one nephew, Camron Lenz, five half siblings and their families, Alecia Groenewold of Rushmore, MN, Brenna French and her husband, John of Sibley, IA, Jennifer Tentler of Alexandria, MN, Kristen and Holden Rautio of Wadena, MN, and Keith Tentler III of Winona, MN, paternal grandfather, Earl Lenz of Lismore, MN, several aunts, uncles and their families, great-aunt, Auts Tigges of Sibley, IA, and special friends, Carolyn, Abby and Elaine. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Larry and Marlys Matthiesen, paternal grandmother, Rita Lenz, paternal grandparents, Keith and Marie Tentler, three uncles, Tim Matthiesen, Kevin Tentler, and Doug Tentler, and infant aunt, Elizabeth Tentler.
Funeral Services
St. Adrian Church in Adrian, MN on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Rick Colletti officiating. The organist is Dave Knips. The canter is Cindy Heitkamp. The pallbearers are Joshua Matthiesen, Kennedi Johnson, Kira Isham, Chris Stokes, Adam Lund, and Cody Matthiesen. Interment is at St. Adrian Cemetery in Adrian, MN.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 18, 2022, at St. Adrian Church in Adrian from 4-6 p.m. and one prior to the services at the church on Saturday.
