Linda Bultmann

Linda Kay Bultmann, the daughter of Harry and Sena (Behrends) Van Meveren, was born on October 5, 1950, in Tyler, MN. At a young age her family moved to Fulda, MN and she attended St. Paul’s Lutheran School and graduated from Fulda High School in 1968. She then attended Stewart School of Hairstyling in Sioux Falls, SD. Linda was united in marriage to Marlyn Bultmann on September 25, 1971, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fulda. After their marriage they lived on a farm southwest of Fulda. In 1985 they moved into Fulda and later she attended College in Worthington and received a degree in Counseling. She worked for Southwest Mental Health. Linda also wrote articles for many of the area newspapers. She remained at their home after Marlyn passed away in June of 2010. Linda passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington, MN at the age of 75. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, fishing, taking trips on the North Shore and fishing trips to Canada and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her two sons, Scott (Jill) Bultmann of Fulda, MN and Aaron (Robin) Bultmann of St. Paul, MN; 4 grandchildren, Nate (Stephanie), Gary, Samantha and Max; 3 great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Zoe and Ashton; sister, Anna May Fritz of Marshall, MN; 2 sisters-in-law, Karen Van Meveren of Lake View, IA and Norma (Lee) Kolterman of Crofton, NE and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Harriet Breitbarth and brothers, LeRoy and Vernon Van Meveren.

Funeral Services

Immanuel Lutheran Church rural Fulda, MN at 1:30 PM on with Rev. Lance Isaacson officiating.  The organist is Roxanne Kremer. Interment at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery rural Fulda, MN.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 PM Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Totzke Funeral Home in Fulda and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
