Louis Felix Ripperger

Louis Ripperger, the son of Clem and Rosa Ripperger, was born on January 4, 1929 in Adrian, MN. He grew up and attended school in Adrian. Louis was drafted into the U.S. Army and served in Korea. Louis was united in marriage to Virginia Strouth on June 27, 1959 in Ashton, IA. After their marriage they lived in Adrian for a short time before purchasing a dairy farm outside of Fulda, MN. In 1984 they moved to Sheldon, MO where Virginia passed away in May of 1995. Louis passed away on May 11, 2020 in Parkers Prairie, MN at the age of 91.

Survivors include his daughter, Rose Engstrom and her husband, Brian; 2 granddaughters, Kari and her husband, Erick and Brandi and her husband, Andy; 4 great-grandchildren, Brennan, Brianna, Elizabeth and McKinley and a brother, Virgil Ripperger. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, 2 sons, sister and several brothers. 

A private family service will be held at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery in Fulda, MN.
