Darlene was truly one of the most selfless people I have ever met - always looking to put others' needs first. And a great sense of humor too! My heartfelt sympathies to the Hartwell family.

I was sorry to hear about Darlene's passing. She always had a smile and a kind word no matter what was going on or the situation. Even though it has been years since seeing or speaking to her she has always held a special place in my heart. I will always aspire to have her strength and grace in all situations. Her faith inspires me even to this day. She will be sorely missed. My love to all her family.

How i treasure the bits of time she and i shared!
