Jeanne was a very special lady indeed, and her life was much wider and deeper than I knew.

Our paths certainly crossed most often at Mass, but her grace was seen when I worked on the Gervais farm, when she visited me in the hospital (way back in 1977), and when I last saw her in hospice, when I was home from Japan (2015, I believe). Surely she is resting (or rejoicing!) in peace now.
