I have fond memories of Aunt Mary as a cheerful, welcoming person who laughed easily. And of Van Gelder family holiday parties, some at your Newkirk farm house, with chicken buns and card games with the uncles, the house full of cigarette smoke, early days. She was a sweet lady.
