To the entire Cote family, you’ve been like family to us for decades! Choking back the tears as this is being written. "Uncle" Norm will be missed by not only our family, but the entire Slayton community and beyond. So many memories but one that will shine brightly forever is him playing guitar & singing around the bonfire late at night at Lake Sarah! The best!! Love and prayers to you all during this difficult time! Michael Marcotte

Norm was an exceptional man. He often drove Dad to dialysis and we were grateful always for his help.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine around him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed through the mercy of God Rest In Peace. Amen

I was a member of Troop 25 when Birney Hill and Norm started the troop up again in 1957. Norm taught me a lot about life. I respected him a great deal.. I still think about him and our discussions after the meetings and when the camp fires were slowly burning down. Slayton was fortunate to have such a good man in the community.
